  1. People and excuses. Sitting in my hotel lobby eating my breakfast. The local news is doing a Move It Monday segment and taping at a gym. The woman next to me, eating a big bowl of biscuits and sausage gravy and overweight, starts complaining how working out makes her feel crappy. Anything she has to exert a lot of energy for just makes her feel sick after.

    Not sure if that makes me sad or disgusted.
